His books deliver relentless pacing, visceral scares, and characters who fight like hell even when they’re outmatched. He lives in Birmingham, Alabama with my wife and hyperactive Boston Terrier, Buster—brewing beer, binging 80s slashers, and trying to convince people that low budget creature features are high art.
