You may return new, unopened books purchased directly from Jonathan Daniel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Exceptions include damaged or defective books, which should be reported to customer service immediately for a replacement. If a book arrives damaged, please email us at jonathan@byjonathandaniel.com and provide pictures of the item and the packaging it came in along with a description of the issue and we’ll do what we can to make it right, which would likely mean sending you a replacement.

If a book is damaged or no longer needed, please feel free to dispose of it. You may donate it to a used bookstore, give it to a reader in need or simply keep it as a memento, a gift from Cthulhu’s down on his luck brother in law, Jeff.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
